I had a great Easter weekend stay at this hotel. the rooms had amazing city views, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. I also appreciated the fresh stack of water bottles and the comfortable bed. the location was perfect for me, as it was close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping areas.
The language barrier with the staff. They didn't speak much English, which made it a bit difficult to communicate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing as I was on the 16th floor or above. The hotel provided fresh stack of water bottles and other amenities which is a plus. I found the breakfast to be quite alright. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel had a few amenities like fresh stack of water bottles and some good food outlets inside the shopping plaza. the rooms had amazing views above the 16th floor. Breakfast was decent with a few options to choose from.
The hotel staff lacked proper communication in English which made it challenging to communicate basic requirements, and there was no proper coffee available in the room.

The views from the higher floors were absolutely stunning, which was one of the best aspects of my stay. the fresh stack of water bottles provided in the room each day was a really nice touch. The hotel was located in a convenient area with several restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find anything I needed.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff didn't speak very much English. , the coffee wasn't great and could have been improved.
